Job summary

Greencore is seeking an experienced HR Shared Services leader to manage the group’s transactional and advisory HR services. You will coach and develop a high-performing SSIS team, partner with the business to optimise service delivery, and maintain rigorous compliance and data accuracy.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, sound knowledge of employment law, and experience with HRIS systems within a large organisation. 12-month FTC with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• CIPD membership or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in transactional HR and advisory activities.
• Proven experience in HR Shared Services management.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation.
• Experience with HR and case management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a HR Shared Services centre for the whole group, leveraging technology and end-to-end processes.
• Coach, support, and develop the SSIS team to reach potential.
• Partner with the business to shape service delivery and drive continuous improvement for customer experience.
• Maintain compliance and ensure accurate auditable documentation within the team.
• Monitor service performance via SLAs and plan improvements.
• Provide advisory services balancing people and business needs.
• Handle complex queries and escalate appropriately, ensuring consistent guidance.
• Drive best-practice information, advice, and guidance across processes.
