Forward Role is partnering with a global organisation to recruit an experienced HR Shared Services Manager on a 6-month FTC in the UK. You will lead HR Shared Services and compliance teams, overseeing end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes across a fast-paced environment.

You will drive process improvement, automation and governance, collaborating with HR, Payroll, IT, and Information Security while shaping how the function scales and delivers an outstanding employee

Qualifikationen

• Leadership experience in HR Shared Services or HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of UK immigration, Right to Work and sponsorship.
• Experience with compliance, governance, audits, and regulatory obligations.
• Proven track record of continuous improvement and operational transformation.
• Experience leading teams in complex or regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Lead HR Shared Services and HR Compliance teams.
• Oversee end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Act as senior escalation point for complex operational and compliance matters.
• Lead UK Right to Work, immigration, sponsorship and visa-related activity.
• Drive process improvement, automation and service transformation initiatives.
• Partner with HR Systems to maximise systems capability and improve service delivery.
• Manage HR data privacy, compliance controls and Data Subject Rights Requests.
• Develop service metrics, reporting and governance frameworks.
• Build strong relationships across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and the wider business.
