The role is hybrid working with lots of flexibility regarding start and finish times. They will consider recruiters at all levels of their career and will pay between £30k - £50k depending on experience. This business is a mature and trusting business. You must have at least 12 months experience of working in a similar role as a 360 billing recruiter. This means you’ll have experience of business development and negotiating of contracts as well as the sourcing and placing of suitable candidates. There are clients and lapsed clients to develop and you will also win new business.
