Job summary

Jewellery Quarter Bullion, the UK's leading online precious metals retailer, is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Advisor based at our Birmingham Head Office. You will support managers, handle day-to-day HR matters, coordinate recruitment, and help deliver an outstanding employee experience.

This hands-on, office-based role offers ownership of core HR processes and exposure across recruitment, payroll support, HR systems, and people projects within a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR generalist/HR advisor role.
• Experience handling employee relations matters (absence, disciplinaries).
• Experience coordinating recruitment from screening to onboarding.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: manage end-to-end process from advertising to onboarding.
• HR Operations: contracts, onboarding, payroll changes, record-keeping.
• Employee Relations: provide guidance, assist investigations, document records.
• Office Operations: facilities, meeting rooms, equipment, events.
• Pre-employment checks and probation reviews; support HR projects.
