Buildforce Solutions Ltd. is expanding in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter and seeks a Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Manager. You will join a friendly, target-driven team and help place talent in the construction sector.

Training and clear progression are provided in a close-knit office environment. No prior recruitment experience is required if you bring the right attitude, energy, and ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.

• Build relationships with clients and candidates in the construction sector.
