Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a proactive HR Projects and Workday Specialist to support the CHRO in delivering HR initiatives and optimising the Workday environment. The role includes Workday implementation, AMS liaison, and day-to-day management across multiple European locations.

The post-holder will work from the Basingstoke office 2-3 days per week, supporting HR and IT together with stakeholders and external partners to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Workday expertise including implementation and optimisation.
• Ability to configure and support Workday modules and data.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders across regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end Workday implementation lifecycle from design to deployment.
• Provide hands-on configuration and build within Workday modules.
• Act as liaison between business and AMS, manage tickets and SLAs.
• Coordinate and track HR/transformation projects and change activities.
• Collaborate across European markets to ensure system adoption.
