Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an HR Digital Roadmap Programme Lead to own the HR Digital Roadmap, driving Workday optimisation and new HR tech initiatives in a public sector setting in Reading. You will shape the roadmap, challenge solution design and suppliers, and lead delivery through to successful business adoption, delivering measurable improvements in automation, user experience and data quality.

Current SC Security Clearance is preferred and you will align HR, technology and business strategies

Qualifications

Deep Workday HCM expertise with strong Core HCM knowledge.
Experience delivering multi-year Workday roadmaps.
Ability to challenge solution design and hold partners accountable.
Strong programme governance, prioritisation and stakeholder reporting.
Understanding end-to-end HR processes and self-service.
Experience managing SI, AMS and suppliers.
Ability to align HR, technology and business stakeholders.
Track record of improving automation, user experience and HR efficiency.
Current SC Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead a comprehensive digital HR strategy, including technology selection and vendor management.
Partner with HR to streamline processes using digital tools and drive adoption through change management.
Leverage HR analytics to improve decision-making and reduce HR service centre traffic.
Enhance employee experience through digital platforms and coordinate training with the learning team.
Ensure compliance of all digital HR initiatives with relevant laws and regulations.
