Michael Page is seeking a senior HR leader for the EMEA region to drive organisational transformation and partner with senior leaders across multiple countries. You will shape the workforce and leadership agenda, lead workforce planning and organisational design, and play a key role in implementing strategic HR initiatives across Europe, with hybrid working and travel to European sites.

Competenze

• Significant HRBP experience across multiple European countries.
• Experience partnering with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to align people strategy with business objectives.
• Proven success leading organisational change and workforce planning.
• Experience supporting both operational and commercial functions.
• Knowledge of European employment legislation and employee relations frameworks.
• Experience operating in a global, matrix-style organisation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and coaching skills.
