Job summary

Consult in London seeks an experienced Workday HRIS Support Consultant to provide hands-on functional support during a period of business and technology transformation. You will manage day-to-day Workday issues and work with HR and Technology teams, including an external Workday partner, to ensure timely resolutions.

This role is predominantly remote with occasional visits to the London office. It requires proactive problem-solving, strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience in HRIS/Workday Support Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM processes and data structures.
• Proven ability to investigate and resolve tickets independently and communicate effectively with HR stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line functional support across Workday, managing tickets and user requests.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve Workday issues with a proactive approach.
• Support org structure changes, employee movements and reporting-line updates.
• Coordinate with external Workday support provider for second- and third-line issues and ensure timely escalation when needed.
• Identify opportunities to improve Workday support processes and documentation.
