Contract Type: 6 month FTC, to start as soon as possible

Hours: Monday to Friday, 35hrs a week

The Vacancy

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a HR Project Manager to come and join us on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering, this will help progress our CTIO People Strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team and the CTIO HR Business Partner ensuring that key workstreams are delivered.

A keen communicator, the role will ensure stakeholders are actively engaged on scope and risks and delivery is progressed through active management, resolving blockers, and escalating where appropriate.

You will measure and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.

This role will support the development of key technical capabilities within CTIO that are required as part of the future operating model and support our new banking platform.

About the role

  • Managing the plan to ensure delivery of the key workstreams that form part of the CTIO People Strategy
  • Working collaboratively with the CTIO HR Business Partner to ensure key milestones are met
  • Ensure weekly progress summaries are produced and risks and blockers are clearly articulated and escalated
  • Work with procurement to put in place formal commercial agreements with selected 3rd parties
  • Work with HR centres of excellence and the HR BP to develop an easy to understand technical career pathway with a curated learning and development offering across CTIO
  • Manage the collaborations with business and technical stakeholders to coordinate discussion throughout the scope, design, management, time and implementation of deliverables
  • Feeding into relevant working and steering meetings to review and to ensure timely escalation of challenges, progress, and dependencies between workstreams

About you

  • You will have experience of working as an HR Project Manager or in a generalist HR role.
  • Demonstrate a track record of leading on a change project
  • You will have excellent planning and organisation skills
  • Self motivated and disciplined. Able to set pace and maintain momentum
  • You will be engaging and passionate and able to drive others to deliver on key actions as well as happy to get involved in developing and working on the solution.
  • Happy operating at different levels of the organisation
  • Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • You will be a self starter and keen to learn about the CTIO function.
  • Strong interpersonal relationship building skills with a pro-active approach to work
