The Vacancy
We have a fantastic new opportunity for a HR Project Manager to come and join us on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Director of HR Business Partnering, this will help progress our CTIO People Strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team and the CTIO HR Business Partner ensuring that key workstreams are delivered.
A keen communicator, the role will ensure stakeholders are actively engaged on scope and risks and delivery is progressed through active management, resolving blockers, and escalating where appropriate.
You will measure and communicates progress to leadership within committed time frames. Proactively support through innovative solutions and delivery excellence.
This role will support the development of key technical capabilities within CTIO that are required as part of the future operating model and support our new banking platform.
