Job summary

Newsprinters Holdings Ltd in Broxbourne is seeking an HR Coordinator for a 12-month period to support a Workday implementation and partner with the HR Business Partner & Director of People & Culture on people-related matters.

You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, assist with employee relations, prepare data reports, and help keep policies up to date with employment law. This role requires prior People team experience and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in a People team in admin or advisory role.
• General knowledge of UK Employment Law.
• SAP HCM and/or Workday experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR Business Partner, Director of People & Culture on Workday implementation.
• Coordinate core HR processes across managers and enabling functions.
• Own recruitment and onboarding for new joiners.
• Support employee relations and change management projects.
• Prepare people data reports to enable informed decisions.
• Ensure policies are updated in line with employment legislation.
• Respond to first-line people-related queries from managers and colleagues.
• Assist with ongoing HR projects within the business.
