Coventry College is seeking a skilled HR Advisor to support HR and Payroll across the employee lifecycle. You will deliver proactive HR advice and help resolve employee relations issues with accuracy and customer focus.

The role requires CIPD Level 3, Level 2 English & Maths, and HR operations experience in Further Education, including CINTRA or comparable systems and hourly/term-time staff experience.

Qualifications

• Must have HR operations experience in Education
• Experience with hourly employees and term-time holiday calculations
• CIPD Level 3 in People Practice or equivalent required
• Experience using CINTRA or similar HR/Payroll systems

Responsabilités

• Provide proactive HR advice across the employee lifecycle
• Support payroll processes and HR operations
• Resolve employee relations issues with a focus on timely resolution
• Work independently and manage workload within agreed timescales
