Education Matters Group in Greater London is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a college HR team. You will provide advice and support to managers across employee relations, HR policies and workforce management.

Responsibilities include managing employee relations cases, advising on employment legislation, supporting organisational change and redundancy processes, assisting with recruitment, payroll and HR policy development, liaising with trade unions and safeguarding, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience as HR Advisor with strong employee relations.
• Solid knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience with recruitment, payroll and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• CIPD membership or progress towards Chartered status desirable.
• Further education or wider education sector experience advantageous.
