Job summary

Colbern Limited is recruiting a People Services Advisor for Coventry. The role offers a main base at Friargate with travel to different Council locations and a hybrid arrangement with remote work two days per week.

The ideal candidate holds CIPD Associate level 5 minimum, has Local Government knowledge, and up-to-date employment law understanding. You will support managers and employees on employee relations and policy interpretation, contributing to a fair and positive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must have Local Government knowledge.
• Up to date knowledge of employment law, People Services best practice and the public sector.
• Experience of employee relations in a unionised environment.

Our client is looking for an experienced People Services Advisor

Main base - Friargate but may be required to travel to different Council Locations. Remote 2 days per week

management, and policy interpretation. You'll support managers and employees to ensure fair and consistent application of People Services policies. Your role is crucial in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee well-being.
