Job summary

ROSE & YOUNG RECRUITMENT LTD in Coventry is seeking an HR Advisor to provide proactive, specialist HR advice to managers and staff. The role focuses on employee relations, absence management, disciplinary and grievance handling, and supporting organisational change.

You will work 37 hours per week, office based, with minimum CIPD Level 3, and salary between £36,000 and £39,500 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum CIPD Level 3 required.
• Experience advising on employee relations and HR policies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead specialist employee relations advice to managers on conduct, performance, attendance and redeployment.
• Collaborate with managers to resolve HR issues promptly and document decisions.
• Deliver training and coaching to raise HR policy awareness and compliance.
• Support health and wellbeing initiatives, absence reporting and case management.
• Provide guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters and represent HR in investigations and hearings.
