Job Description:

I have a 12-month contract for an experienced HR Operations Manager to help lead a successful HR Operations team. The role will manage HR Operations with a focus on delivering an exceptional HR service as a global centre of excellence. This will include People Operations, HR Systems Management, process improvement, and ensuring efficiencies and compliance with regulations.

• You will have excellent leadership skills to manage and develop a team of People Operations professionals and implement best practices support across the business.
• Ensure systems, processes, and documentation are fit for purpose and agile to meet the needs of the business.
• Develop and upskill the People Operations team.
• Manage key stakeholders across the business, including HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and the Senior Leadership Team.
• Oversee HR's responsibilities in ensuring compliance with industry regulations such as SMCR and immigration.

Skills and Experience:

• Prior experience working within a global HR Services role/HR Operations, with at least 2 years of leadership experience.
• Experience working across multiple geographies with good knowledge of employment law, industry regulations (SMCR), and immigration compliance.
• Pragmatic and commercial approach to HR processes with the ability to adapt and enhance processes to improve employee experience.
• Strong data analytics and insights experience with the ability to utilize data to improve HR services.
• High-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate plans, projects, and initiatives.
• Ability to work at pace and multitask effectively on multiple projects simultaneously.
