A leading UK-based investment bank, specialising in providing research, advisory, and execution services currently are looking to bring in a new HR Operations Manager on an initial 12 month basis.

This HR Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the transformation of their ‘people technology vision’ and ensuring seamless operational processes within the People Team.

This is a critical role responsible for overseeing all aspects of all people processes, HR systems, data integrity and reporting particularly focusing on SAP Success Factors.

Key Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the People Operations team acting as an escalation point for employee queries or complex issues.
• Oversee all Success Factors system processes, data integrity, and provide regular training to stakeholders.
• Play a critical part in driving greater effectiveness and efficiencies to all People processes.
• Manage relationships and interactions with colleagues in the People Team, as well other key stakeholders including Technology, Finance and third party providers.

Projects:

• Lead on the optimisation of new Success Factors modules and greater efficiencies of all current systems.
• Business as usual processes – streamline, enhance and improve current processes across the lifecycle from onboarding through to offboarding.
• Create new reports and dashboards, supporting the team and board with how they pull key people data.
• Support the Reward partner with key reward processes, including compensation letters, share awards, and benefit management. Ensuring HRIS is up to date and correct.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, SMCR, GDPR, and manage risk and audit processes.
• Collaborate with People, Technology, and Finance teams to improve efficiencies.
• Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day People Operations.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven expertise with SAP Success Factors .
• Strong data management, reporting, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations, SM&CR, and GDPR compliance.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
