The role focuses on onboarding, HRIS Workday administration, reporting, and ensuring policy compliance. You will engage with senior stakeholders to align HR operations with strategic priorities and maintain data

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HR operations management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Working knowledge of HR Systems (Workday)
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR professionals, promoting a high-performance culture.
• Allocate workloads, set priorities, and monitor team performance against SLA/KPIs.
• Conduct regular one-to-ones, team meetings, and performance reviews.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR processes including onboarding, all employee lifecycle processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Develop HR dashboards and reporting for all SLA/KPIs.
• Oversee HRIS administration and ensure data integrity.
• Train HR team and managers on Workday functionality and best practices.
• Produce and analyse HR reports.
• Provide insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure adherence to employment legislation and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Stakeholder engagement with managers and employees; align HR ops with strategic priorities.
