• Experience in a People Operations or HR Manager role.
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations from start to finish.
• Track record of improving processes and service delivery.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing team members.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Excellent organisational skills and multi-priority management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small People team with a focus on service delivery.
• Provide expert guidance to managers on employee-related matters.
• Oversee recruitment activity from planning to onboarding.
• Manage employee relations matters and complex casework.
• Drive improvements across people processes, systems and policies.
• Support talent development, performance management and succession planning.
• Assist with organisational change projects and workforce planning.
