Job summary

Carbon 60 is seeking an organised HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners by ensuring HR policies are applied and HR processes are implemented consistently. You will own administrative duties across the employee lifecycle and maintain data integrity within HR systems, working with HRBPs and operational stakeholders.

The role focuses on providing reliable HR procedural guidance, coordinating annual campaigns, and handling recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR environments.
• Proficient with Workday and SAP transactions.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timelines for standard annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus processing).
• Manage data entries across the employee lifecycle (onboarding to offboarding).
• Maintain and distribute regular HR data and metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support case management meetings (disciplinaries, grievances, PM).
• Assist recruitment activities and process job offers in the system.
