Job summary

Advanced Resource Managers are recruiting an HR Advisor for a 6-month hybrid role based near Broughton. The position focuses on providing HR procedural guidance, owning the employee lifecycle data, and ensuring data integrity in HR systems.

You will support HRBPs, manage Workday/SAP transactions, generate standard HR metrics, prepare HR reviews, assist with disciplinaries, grievances, performance management, and assist recruitment activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR environments.
• Familiar with Workday and SAP transactions.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support HRBPs by coordinating logistics for standard annual campaigns.
• Manage and execute data entries across the employee lifecycle in HR systems.
• Maintain and distribute HR data; track metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Organise and prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support case management meetings including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management; assist initial medical capability meetings.
• Participate in recruitment activities and process formal job offers in the system.
