Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an organised HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners by ensuring HR policies are applied and processes implemented consistently. You will take administrative ownership of the employee lifecycle and ensure data integrity across HR systems.

The role focuses on operational excellence, collaborating with employees and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate data. Experience with HR systems and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR data management and HR processes.
• Proficient in communicating with employees and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity in HRIS systems.
• Experience with Workday and SAP is desirable.
• Proficient with Google applications for data lists and basic reporting.
• Background in HR environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and timelines for standard annual campaigns (salary reviews, performance reviews, bonus processing).
• Act as focal point for Workday and SAP transactions and manage data entries across the employee lifecycle.
• Maintain and distribute regular HR data and metrics (absenteeism, headcount).
• Organise and prepare HR reviews with timely inputs from managers.
• Support case management meetings (disciplinaries, grievances, performance management).
• Assist with recruitment activities and process offers in the system.
