Job summary

Attic Recruitment Limited is helping an established investment management firm in Central London to recruit an HR Coordinator to join the executive support team. The role involves working alongside EAs, the CoS, and other professionals to drive HR initiatives and ensure smooth people operations.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and annual reviews while implementing HR systems, automating processes, and maintaining files.

Qualifications

• A strong university degree and A Levels are essential.
• Minimum 18 months experience in a similar HR role.
• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience, adaptability and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment support: creating job descriptions, coordinating with agencies, and supporting new hires.
• Onboarding: background screening, inductions, health and safety, and risk assessments.
• Operational support for HR processes: payroll, employee relations cases, annual reviews, and performance management.
• Implementing HR systems, automating processes, and maintaining files.
