Job summary

Rivencore Global Solutions in Poole is seeking an organised HR Operations Advisor to join our HR team. You will provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for staff and managers while ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

You'll handle recruitment, onboarding and inductions, produce contracts and employment documents, manage HR systems and records, and support employee relations, payroll liaison, L&D activities and engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR administration, HR coordinator or HR advisor role.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using HR systems and producing reports.
• CIPD Level 3 or Level 5 qualification (or working towards).

Responsibilities

• Provide operational HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers.
• Ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and inductions.
• Produce contracts, letters and employment documentation.
• Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
• Provide support on employee relations matters, including absence management, performance concerns and investigations.
• Prepare payroll information and liaise with Finance.
• Support learning and development activities, including delivering training.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives, communications and events.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR and company policies.
