Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR Operations, HR Administration or HR Advisory role.
• Knowledge of HR transactional processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting managers and employees with HR queries.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the HR Operations team, managing and responding to employee and manager queries through the HR inbox.
• Providing guidance and support on a variety of HR processes including Right to Work compliance, sponsorships and immigration matters, family-friendly policies and leave, contractual changes, regulatory registrations, DBS and compliance checks.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring all documentation is processed in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting payroll-related administration, including contractual changes, overpayments and repayment arrangements.
• Coordinating family-friendly leave processes, including maternity, paternity and adoption leave.
• Administering employee benefits and reward programmes such as pensions, private medical insurance, life assurance and long-service awards.
• Supporting the management of sponsorship licences and visa-related processes.
• Conducting and maintaining Right to Work checks and monitoring visa compliance requirements.
• Managing DBS, PVG, NMC, SCW and SSSC processes, including renewals and compliance monitoring.
• Supporting sensitive employee matters including Death in Service processes and overpayment recovery.
