Job summary

Bauder Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to deliver a first-class operational HR service. The role focuses on front-line ER support, recruitment and onboarding, with exposure to employee lifecycle processes and policy development across the business.

The successful candidate will be CIPD-qualified, possess strong communication skills and demonstrate an energetic, proactive approach within a small team environment, upholding professional standards and integrity.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification at Level 5 or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' HR advisory/Officer experience.
• Strong knowledge of Employment Law and HR policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line ER guidance to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
• Support end-to-end recruitment, job postings, interviewing and onboarding processes.
• Assist with probation reviews, benefits administration and payroll interfacing.
• Maintain HR records and ensure GDPR compliance across the workforce.
• Collaborate with HR Manager/Director to update policies and communicate changes.
• Deliver support for HR projects, wellbeing initiatives and lifecycle activities.
