Evotec is seeking an HR Advisor to join the HR Operations team. The role delivers high-quality HR administration across the employee lifecycle, managing Workday transactions and maintaining records to support key HR programmes and annual processes.

You will provide first-line HR support to managers and staff, assist with benefits and payroll-related changes, and help ensure data accuracy and compliance. This is a hybrid role based at Alderley Park.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in human resources.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Candidates must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsabilités

• Manage full employee lifecycle via Workday (onboarding, changes, transfers, promotions, salary updates, leavers).
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR data with compliance to data protection and policies.
• Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees on policies and systems.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll-related changes; ensure timely HR transactions.
• Support cyclical HR activities (merit reviews, long service awards, annual processes).
• Produce HR data, support audits, and contribute to HR projects and improvements.
