A well-established life sciences company is seeking an HR Manager for the UK and Nordics to oversee HR operations, recruitment, and policy implementation. The role requires international travel and a solid understanding of employment laws. This position offers a competitive salary between £55,000 and £65,000, 25 days of holiday leave, and private medical insurance after probation. The role is based in Oxford with hybrid working options available.
