Job description

Location: Based in UK work from home & Business Travel as required

Compensation & benefits: Competitive salary package based on candidates experience and previous salary, annual Sales Bonus, Car allowance etc

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing all aspects of HR management in the UK:
  2. Recruitment
  3. Performance management
  4. Employee relations.
  5. This role will play a critical part in linking Headquarters and the UK employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across Europe. Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate selection and onboarding.
  2. Performance Management: Help to set clear performance goals and expectations for employees, and conduct regular performance appraisals. Provide coaching and guidance to managers on how to effectively manage and develop their teams.
  3. Employee Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with employees across the region. Act as a point of contact for employee enquiries and concerns.
  4. HR Assistant for Headquarters: Manage employee records and data, help deliver HR policies and procedures of headquarters and other HR related queries from Head Office.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven track record in talent acquisition and performance management.
  2. Proficient in English and Chinese.
  3. Self-motivated, hard-working, and able to work under pressure.
