Job summary

ARM is seeking an HR Manager in Birmingham on a 6-month contract. The role leads a Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive service, build capability, and support the organisation's objectives.

You will deliver effective systems, build strong stakeholder relationships, coach on performance, manage budgets, and drive engagement. The role requires strong project planning, senior stakeholder management, data interpretation in Excel with reports (Power BI/PowerPoint), and a solid project

Qualifications

• Strong project planning and delivery skills.
• Senior-level stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to read and interpret data in Excel and present visual reports (Power BI/PowerPoint).
• General project management skill set.
• Public sector experience desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure systems and processes are effective and continuously improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and objectives for current and future challenges.
• Coach managers on performance management and training requirements.
• Maintain a succession plan and talent pipeline; implement new HR policies and processes.
• Manage HR budgets and drive employee engagement.
