Job summary

Greencore invites you to join its HR Graduate Programme, a three-year development path across factory and central HR functions. You will gain exposure to HR processes, people analytics, and stakeholder engagement while progressing through three placements in People Services, Operational HR, and Central People and Rewards.

You’ll complete a degree-aligned training plan, supported by regular reviews as you build skills in a dynamic food manufacturing environment across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Spend first six months in the People Services team to build a strong HR foundation
• Second year in Operational HR at manufacturing sites across the UK
• Third year in Central People and Rewards to broaden knowledge of the wider people strategy
• Engage in activities and projects to stretch knowledge, challenge thinking and support development
