Job summary

Greencore is recruiting a People Associate for the Bourne site. This role blends administration with employee engagement, training coordination, and project support to enhance the colleague experience.

You will serve as a first contact for colleagues and managers, handling onboarding, HR data, and policy guidance while contributing to learning initiatives and continuous process improvements within a fast-moving food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR, people, or administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in developing a career in HR with broad generalist exposure.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office; quick to learn new tools.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR administration support including onboarding and employee records.
• Support recruitment coordination, absence monitoring, and performance processes.
• Coordinate and deliver learning and development activities across the site.
• Assist with HR reporting, audits and compliance with policies and legislation.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
