Your Mission

As Barco's Global Head of CEO Talent, you will :

• Lead two high-impact global teams : Talent Development and Talent Acquisition driving excellence across the full talent lifecycle.
• Co-create and execute a future-focused HR Talent strategy in close partnership with the CHRO.
• Steer headcount forecasting and workforce planning across regions and functions, aligning talent needs with business growth.
• Champion global initiatives that elevate our talent agenda, foster innovation, and shape a culture of continuous development.
• Build and nurture strategic relationships across international HR and business leadership communities.
• Act as both a visionary strategist and a hands‑on operational leader, balancing bold ambition with flawless execution.
