Lloyd Recruitment Services are helping a long-standing client in Wallington recruit a People & Organisational Development Officer. You will advise managers, handle employee relations, support recruitment, reward, HR reporting and policy development within a hybrid, permanent role.

You will bring CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, strong HR knowledge and good data reporting skills to improve organisational effectiveness.

Formación

• Experience across the employee lifecycle, with emphasis on employee relations and policy implementation.
• Strong ability to advise managers and employees with practical HR guidance.
• Proven data reporting skills and the ability to translate data into KPI insights.
• Familiarity with HR systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries and provide timely HR advice.
• Support line managers with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and capability matters.
• Ensure compliance with employment law and internal policies in all actions.
• Deliver training to managers on policies, procedures and best practices.
• Assist with recruitment campaigns and onboarding to ensure smooth staff integration.
• Analyse HR data and prepare monthly KPI reports for senior management.
