Qualifikationen

• Significant experience across the employee lifecycle, including disciplinary, sickness absence and grievances.
• Proven ability to advise managers and handle sensitive situations with sound HR judgement.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation.
• Experience using HR systems (HRIS, ATS) and ability to learn new technologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee relations queries and provide practical HR advice to managers and colleagues.
• Support recruitment campaigns, manage candidate communications and onboarding processes.
• Analyse people data and prepare monthly KPI reports for senior management.
