Job summary

YourRecruit Ltd is recruiting a People & Organisational Development Officer to join a busy organisation. This is a truly generalist HR role focused on Employee Relations, supporting managers, colleagues and the wider employee experience.

You will manage ER cases, advise on policies, support recruitment and onboarding, payroll, pensions and HR data reporting. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 at home) with strong development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Solid generalist HR experience with a strong Employee Relations focus.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Experience with HR data, reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support formal and informal ER cases through to hearing stages.
• Advise managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice.
• Support recruitment campaigns and onboarding activities.
• Assist with payroll and pension administration and HR data reporting.
• Contribute to HR projects, policy updates and continuous improvement.
• Supervise the People & Organisational Development Assistant and deputise for Head when required.
