Job summary

Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced HR Officer for our client based in Warwick. This hands-on generalist role combines day-to-day HR support with the opportunity to shape HR policies and processes as the business grows.

The HR Officer will coordinate recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes, provide first-line HR support, update policies, manage confidential records and prepare payroll information for an external provider. Three-month temp-to-perm arrangement.

Qualifications

• Experience in a UK-based generalist HR role (3–5 years preferred).
• Hands-on HR support and policy improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding and leaver processes.
• Providing first-line HR support to employees and management.
• Reviewing HR practices, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.
• Drafting/updating HR policies and procedures for management approval.
• Maintaining confidential employee records.
• Managing absence, attendance and payroll information for external provider.
• Supporting HR planning, budgets and reporting.
• Implementing HR initiatives and monitoring progress.
• Escalating sensitive matters to management when needed.
