Job summary

HRM Homecare Services is seeking an HR Officer to provide guidance across the full employee lifecycle, including planning, recruitment, onboarding, and policy development. You will manage recruitment advertising, conduct interviews, ensure compliance, and maintain records in Sage/Tags/Workable.

The role is office-based, with travel to recruitment events as needed, and requires a valid UK driving licence. The role demands strong organisational skills, integrity, and the ability to handle

Qualifications

• Demonstrable HR advisory experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations cases and investigations.
• Experience end-to-end recruitment and interviewing.
• Excellent organisational skills and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with HRIS and recruitment software.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice across workforce planning, recruitment, and retention.
• Coordinate recruitment advertising and candidate screening.
• Support onboarding, pre-employment checks, and right-to-work compliance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and regulatory compliance.
• Produce monthly HR reports and support audits.
• Support organisational compliance and learning initiatives.
