Job summary

Technify Talent Limited is seeking an organised HR Generalist to join their Reading team on a hybrid basis. This hands-on role supports the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding, delivering excellent HR service across the business.

You will work with the HR team to ensure compliant processes under UK employment law, manage records and onboarding, and contribute to employee wellbeing and engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or HR Administrator role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and GDPR.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding and pre-employment checks.
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job adverts, interviews, offers and pre-employment screening.
• Manage onboarding, inductions, probation reviews and employee offboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation using the HR system.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with UK employment legislation.
• Administer employee changes, absence records, benefits and HR reporting.
• Support employee relations processes, wellbeing initiatives and engagement activities.
• Provide occasional support with office and facilities management.
