You will partner with senior leaders, manage client accounts, and drive HR initiatives across multiple clients in the UK. The ideal candidate brings strategic HRBP experience in a dynamic SME environment, excellent communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Experienced HR Generalist with strategic HRBP background in a fast-paced org.
• Excellent communicator with strong customer service & relationship skills.
• Proficient in use of Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint; tech-savvy.
• Experience with ATS and other HR tech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Learning and Development: promote training, develop bespoke programs, deliver training in person or virtually.
• Recruitment: use ATS to attract and shortlist candidates; headhunting; interview candidates.
• Human Resources: handle employee relations cases; support managers; develop contracts and policies.
• Marketing: write newsletters and blogs; represent HR at events and client offices.
