The successful candidate will own HR operations, support performance processes, and collaborate with managers to implement training and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR function.
• Excellent knowledge of UK Employment Law and ACAS Code.
• Ability to manage complex employee relations casework with discretion.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• HR Operations: manage data, lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, training plans.
• Compliance: maintain HR documentation, HR policies, and legislative changes.
• Collaboration & Reporting: support payroll data, run HR metrics, produce monthly/annual reports.
