Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Felixstowe. The role combines operational HR delivery with business partnering, on a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home).

Salary up to £42,000 per year, with Monday–Friday 8:30am–5pm and a strong focus on employee relations and lifecycle support. The successful candidate will advise managers on policy and legislation, support recruitment and onboarding, manage HR data, and drive continuous improvements in

Qualifications

• Strong employee relations experience and ability to manage cases independently.
• Experience partnering with managers and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
• Solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievances, and absence management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities; coordinate talent reviews and succession planning.
• Produce and analyse HR metrics such as absence levels and turnover; monitor recruitment activity and costs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, wellbeing programmes and improve employee experience.
• Review HR processes and participate in wider business improvement initiatives.
