Reward Gateway is hiring a proactive HR Generalist Associate on a 12-month fixed-term contract to develop broad HR generalist experience across the full employee lifecycle.

You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR operations, working closely with the UK and Bulgaria People teams to deliver key processes and improve the employee experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in HR, People or recruitment-related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment activities and working with hiring managers.
• Proficient written and verbal communication; able to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across the business.
• Coordinate onboarding and transition activities for new hires.
• Provide first-line HR support to employees and managers on People policies and processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems; assist with employee lifecycle administration.
• Support HR projects and process improvements leveraging technology and data insights.
