Job summary

HRLife Ltd in London is partnering with a well-known consumer brand to appoint a friendly and capable HR Advisor on a six-month FTC. You’ll be the trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering pragmatic HR advice with a calm, commercial mindset.

You’ll handle generalist HR duties, support recruitment, onboarding, maintain HR records for payroll, and help shape culture alongside the new HR leader. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices.
• Ability to communicate clearly with employees and managers.
• Experience supporting a Generalist HR function.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong organisation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the recruitment process and onboarding for new starters.
• Provide pragmatic HR advice to managers and employees.
• Review and update HR policies to stay compliant with legislation.
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and support work reviews and change processes.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure payroll data integrity.
