Qualifications

• HR generalist experience within a unionised organisation preferred.
• Confident in managing employee relations cases with practical HR guidance.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication with clarity, empathy and influence.
• Calm, professional and solution focused under pressure.
• Builds trust with key stakeholders.
• CIPD qualification or progress toward it.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations, including working with unions.
