Job summary

Trusted Technology Partnership in Ringwood, Hampshire seeks an HR Advisor/Generalist to join a small, busy team. You will work closely with the HR Manager across employment relations, recruitment, training, absence management and policy updates.

A minimum of two years HR experience and CIPD Level 5 is required, with full training provided. The role offers 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working, and a profit share scheme.

Qualifications

• Two years HR experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage casework.
• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in a busy HR team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

• Manage employment relations casework and recruitment support.
• Support managers and employees; provide training and guidance.
• Assist with absence management, contractual changes and policy updates.
• Maintain and update HR policies and procedures.
