Alexander Mae HR Ltd seeks an experienced HR Advisor to join its HR team in Miskin. This busy generalist role provides practical HR advice across the business, focusing on employee relations, policy compliance and employee experience.

You will handle ER cases, coach managers, deliver HR training and support workforce planning, recruitment and HR data reporting. Hybrid working - three days in the office with travel to other sites as required.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or working towards it.
• Experience providing HR advisory support in a fast-paced organisation.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, ensuring fair handling of people matters.
• Act as a first point of contact for ER, policy and people management queries.
• Coach managers through HR processes and support organisational change.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention and HR reporting.
• Produce HR reports and identify trends and risks.
