Job summary

Boots in Nottingham is seeking a Data Conversion, Migration & Org Hierarchy Analyst to shape our HR data landscape. You will support data conversion, map legacy data, and help build governance around organisational structures.

You will work with IT and systems partners to ensure data quality, participate in testing, and produce documentation to keep projects on track. This role offers the chance to influence HR analytics across the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data conversion and migration within an HR context.
• Strong data quality and governance focus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration.
• Familiarity with data mapping and documentation processes.
• Proactive problem-solving with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of data conversion and migration across organisational hierarchy and HR data domains.
• Analyse current-state data structures and map data from legacy systems into the future-state platform.
• Lead and support data cleansing to improve quality and readiness for migration.
• Help create and maintain organisational hierarchies, position structures, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with Systems Integrators, IT, and partners to support migration, configuration, deployment.
• Contribute to configuration and system build activities from data requirements.
• Participate in testing, data validation, defect resolution, and business readiness activities.
• Produce and maintain documentation on data mapping, migration, org structures, and processes.
