Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of data conversion and migration across hierarchy and HR data domains.
• Analyse current-state data structures and map data from legacy systems.
• Lead data cleansing to improve data quality for migration readiness.
• Create and maintain organisational hierarchies and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, Systems Integrators and third-party partners on migration activities.
• Contribute to configuration and system build with data requirements in mind.
• Participate in testing and data validation activities.
• Produce documentation on data mapping, migration, structures and processes.
