Circle Recruitment is hiring an HR Data Analyst for our Leeds office on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office. You will own workforce data analysis, streamline reporting, and champion data-led decision making while supporting day-to-day Workday operations.

Ideal candidates have HR data analytics experience, HR reporting skills, and familiarity with Workday Payroll; SQL/PowerBI/Tableau experience is a plus. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a path to senior data projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize HR technology, ensuring systems meet business needs.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and launch system developments.
• Participate in HR systems projects, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor HR data for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
• Create regular and on-demand HR reports using HR platforms and Excel.

HR Data Analyst - Leeds (Hybrid) - Up to £45K

A globally recognised legal firm is looking to bring an HR Data Analyst on board at their Leeds office The position operates on a hybrid basis, with three days per week in the office.

Sitting within the HR function, the HR Data Analyst will take ownership of workforce data analysis, streamlining reporting processes, and championing data-led decision making - all while supporting the day-to-day running of the Workday system.

Key requirements:

• Minimum one year's experience in HR Data, People Analytics or HR MI.
• Strong HR systems experience combined with HR reporting and data analysis.
• Workday Payroll experience is essential.
• Exposure to SQL, PowerBI and tableau is advantageous.
• A relevant degree, such as Computer Science or Mathematics, is desirable.

Key responsibilities the HR Data Analyst will have:

• Manage the effective operation of HR technology, ensuring systems continue to meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve HR system and data-related problems, working with relevant teams to deliver appropriate fixes.
• Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and help deliver system developments from initial design through to testing and launch.
• Participate in HR systems projects, including implementations, enhancements and platform upgrades.
• Monitor HR information to ensure data is complete, consistent and accurate.
• Create regular and on-demand HR management reports using HR platforms and Microsoft Excel.
